We are inviting applications from Senior Care Assistants with some experience in leading teams and or shifts in care homes for the elderly. The successful candidate will join our management team and be trained to lead shifts and or specific projects within the home. You must be committed to deliver a high standard of care.
Candidates must either already have a Level 3 qualification or have a Level 2 qualification and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification in your first year.
You must also be willing to work alternate weekends.
