We are inviting applications from care assistants with some experience in leading teams or shifts in care homes for the elderly or in hospitals. The successful candidate will lead shifts of 5 or 6 carers. You may also be assigned specific quality improvement projects within the home.
You must be diligent and committed to deliver a high standard of care.
Candidates must either already have a Level 3 qualification or have a Level 2 qualification and be working towards a Level 3 qualification.
You must also be willing to work alternate weekends.
